The following ports need to be open between your user devices (on Wi-Fi network) and Vivi Box (on wired network):

TCP: 80, 443, 5000, 7000, 7100, 8000, 12800, 12801, 12802
UDP: 8001, 8002, 8003

Note: These ports are internal to your LAN; you do not need these ports open externally. If your network is divided into subnets (most are) you will need to have them open across the subnets.

These terms are described in more detail in the definitions section.

Once you have opened the necessary ports within your network you can use the Vivi App to confirm these have been open.
To run the check:

  • Log in to the Vivi App on an end user device.
  • Connect to a room.
  • Click on "Room".
  • Click on "Port Check".

The results will be shown on the Display that the Vivi Box is connected to.
