With client 2.14 and greater, the Vivi App now has a help page with teacher video guides, keyboard shortcuts and a place to ask for technical support.
To access this Help Page, click on the question mark in the right hand corner of the App.
In this area you will find four videos that detail how to use some of our most popular features, giving student control, video direct, capture and annotate, and screen pause.
With App version 2.14 and greater, Vivi now has keyboard shortcuts that give users quicker and easier control.
This option lets our users contact our technical support team should they be having any issues with Vivi. After giving it a subject and information about the problem (the more information the better) a ticket will be created with Vivi support. This will also attached the IT admins of your organisation so they can also be aware of any issues.
