Schedules are used to plan what, where and when media is played. For example, you can schedule Morning media to play at 10am daily across classrooms.

To set up a new schedule

Click on the New Schedule button found on the Schedules main page.

You will now be presented with eight options:

Name

The name of the schedule.

Select Media

You can select a single piece of media or playlist for this schedule.

Select Signage Groups

Choose to play the content in one room or a Signage Group.

Play On

Schedule the date on which the media will play.

Play At

Schedule the time at which the media will play. You can also set the content to loop (play repeatedly).

Play Until

If you choose to loop your content, you will need to set a finish time here.

Is Active Tick Box. (automatically ticked)

This needs to be ticked for the schedule to play at the allotted time otherwise it will stay inactive.

 Repeat

If you wish to schedule the playlist to broadcast regularly, set the schedule for a daily, weekly or fortnightly repeat.

Once you have configured the above and are ready to go, click the Create Schedule button.

Priority of schedules is first-in first-served

If you have two schedules set up to play on one room or Signage Group and one is set to start at 12:00pm and run for an hour and the second is set to start at 12:30pm and run for an hour, the first one will play until completion and the second will start at 1:00pm.
