Signage groups is where you decide in which rooms you would like your media or playlists to play.
For example, if there is a Year 7 school camp coming up and you want to remind students of the due date for fees, you can create a signage group for Year 7 classrooms. This way only the Year 7 classroom screens will display the announcement.
To set up a new signage group
Click on the New Signage Group button found on the Signage Group main page.
You will now be presented with two headings:
This is where you give the group a name.
This is where you select the rooms to be part of the group - either all rooms or selected rooms. If you are wanting to pick specific rooms to be part of a group, you select the corresponding room in the Available Rooms box and, using the arrows, send it to the Selected Rooms box on the right.
Once done click the Create Signage Group button and your signage group is ready to be used.
To edit a signage group
Click on Edit button next to the corresponding group on the Signage group main page. From here you can change the name of the group and what boxes are in use.
To delete a signage group
Click on the Delete button next to the corresponding group on the Signage Group main page. This will delete the group.
